SUMMARY
Welcome to the Koala Estate, a boutique community located only 20km from Brisbane CBD. Situated in the heart of Brisbane's lush southwest corridor, this estate presented a rare opportunity to build a dream home in a cosy 15 lot estate.
APPROACH
We approached this sale with a two phase plan. To start with, we released a Stage One campaign, to draw interest internally from our extensive database and help our developers achieve pre-sale. Once civils had started we moved to an On-Market campaign. It was then we marketed the land online with site plans, drone imagery and a video to capture buyer’s attention. We ran a social media campaign, gaining new interest from across the area and re-targeting those who had expressed interest in past land sales.
RESULTS
This approach utilised both internal and external markets in order to increase the Koala Estate’s exposure targeting more buyers and assisting in the production of the final sales. The result was a complete sell-out with x/14 lots receiving over asking.
